LETTERS WERE NOT SENT THIS YEAR, BUT IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL HERE.  Updated forms are here on the Documents tab.

Due to the nature of my current schedule I will continue to work off site.  You can still drop off and pick up records at the Valatie office.  Alternatives are below.

Please feel free to upload your documents here on the website, mail them to PO Box 35, Valatie, NY 12184, or drop them by the office at 1052 Kinderhook Street, Valatie, NY 12184.
